My 2nd Fiat 500 was a 1200 cc model (Wygly II) but alas due to it’s poor performance I managed to persuade Steve to look for another TwinAir. So the hunt was on for another Twinair, particularly one that had a sunroof which is quite rare. Now we have a four legged member of the family, we decided that we would holiday in this Country and look for a self catering property. that allows dogs. On searching the internet I came across a pet friendly company called “Pets Pyjamas” (fab name!!). where all their accommodation caters for pets. Ruby Wedding Celebration at Lympstone Manor 2018
It is hard to believe but Steve and I celebrated our 40th (Ruby) Wedding Anniversary on the 20th May 2018. I have to say that Steve needs a huge trophy in recognition of him having to put up with me for all this time – as I am sure no-one else would have done!!

Carrot & Coriander Soup – Chicken Wrapped in Parma Ham Filled with Brie Served with Rice and Vegetable Towers – Chocolate Fondants
My style of cooking for our dinner parties is fairly basic, but tasty (I hope) and easy to. The hardest part is to think up different menus, so I don’t repeat anything, and also when you are hosting, it is nice to prepare and cook as much as you can in advance, or dishes that do not need to be cooked when your guests are ensconced, so you spend most of the time with your guests rather than being in the kitchen.
